Software & Industry 4.0

Custom software for industry: web apps, management software and tools for the connected factory. Software people actually use, linked to machines, ERP and warehouse.

Our approach

The right software doesn’t come off the shelf: it’s built around the way your company works.

Multiplying Excel sheets, data entered twice, information that reaches decision-makers too late: these are the signs a company needs a system designed for it.

We design and develop web apps and custom management software for SMEs and industry, in Bergamo and across Italy. We start from real processes — production, orders, sales, service — and build tools that are easy to use, accessible from the office, the shop floor and mobile, and that integrate with the systems you already have.

What we make

Software that helps
you work better.

01

Custom management software

Jobs, quotes, orders, stock and master data on one web platform, with role-based permissions and a full history.

02

Production dashboards

Job progress, workload for people and machines, times and key indicators, always up to date and readable at a glance.

03

Connection to machines and sensors

Automatic data collection from the shop floor to remove manual transcription and give you reliable numbers.

04

Integration with ERP and management systems

The new software talks to your existing systems: no double entry, one correct figure everywhere.

05

Apps for agents and technicians

Order taking, catalogues you can browse offline, service reports and digital signatures on tablets and smartphones.

06

Configurators and B2B portals

Product configurators, quote tools and private areas for customers, dealers and members.

07

Platform and systems management

Servers, monitoring, backups, portals, e-learning and single sign-on, managed over time by a dedicated team, as we do for the University of Bergamo.

Support

With you
after launch, too.

A structured service for those who can’t afford downtime: tracked requests, guaranteed response times and redundant infrastructure.

8 hours

Urgent fixes

We step in within 8 working hours, 4 on average, with the rest of the team also trained for emergencies.

Ticket

Tracked requests

Ticketing system, e-mail and two dedicated phone numbers. Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:30, with a manager on call out of hours.

Data centre

Secure infrastructure

Dedicated servers in data centres in Bergamo and Milan, application backups and a backup connection to ensure continuity.

How we work

From problem
to result.

Phase 01

Analysis.

We meet the people who run the processes every day and map flows, data and priorities.

Phase 02

Prototype.

A clickable prototype to validate screens and flows before writing any code.

Phase 03

Incremental releases.

Frequent, working deliveries: you see the software grow week by week.

Phase 04

Go-live and support.

Staff training, roll-out to production and ongoing support over time.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about custom software.

Can’t find your question? Write to us.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on features, integrations and the number of users. After an initial, no-obligation analysis meeting, we give you a clear estimate broken down by phase, so you can start with what delivers value straight away.

How long until the first release?

We work in successive releases: the first usable features usually arrive within a few weeks, then the system grows with your needs.

Can the software connect to our management system?

Yes. During analysis we assess the systems you already have (ERP, accounting, warehouse, machines) and design the most suitable data exchange, to avoid double entry.

Does it work on tablets and smartphones too?

Our web apps are responsive and, when needed, paired with native apps so you can work offline too.

Can the project qualify for digitalisation incentives?

Often, yes. We help you work out which calls for funding and grants apply, and prepare the project’s technical documentation. Explore grants and incentives.

Who looks after maintenance after launch?

We do. We provide support, updates and ongoing development with the same team that built the software, with urgent fixes within 8 working hours.
